Contract Scope
Phehlwana Group provides a dedicated on-site cleaning team supported by our waste management division. Services delivered under the contract include:
- Daily industrial cleaning of production floors, walkways, and welfare facilities
- High-pressure (HP) cleaning of machinery and production equipment during scheduled shutdowns
- Degreasing of workshop floors and loading bays
- Segregated waste collection - general, recyclable, and hazardous waste streams
- Hazardous waste manifesting and licensed disposal in compliance with NEM:WA
- Monthly waste audit reports provided to the client’s environmental compliance team
- Hygiene and sanitation management including washroom services and consumable supply
Compliance and Documentation
All hazardous waste generated at the facility is classified, manifested, and disposed of at licensed facilities. Phehlwana Group provides the client with a complete audit trail for every waste load removed from site - supporting their ISO 14001 environmental management obligations.
Results
Since the commencement of the contract, the client has reported a measurable improvement in housekeeping standards across the facility, a reduction in waste disposal costs through improved recycling rates, and zero compliance findings during two external environmental audits.
